Between that, the discounts on Amiami offsetting shipping costs, lower prices in general, and TOM constantly listing items as releasing 1-3 months after JP, I tend to stick to AmiAmi.So Amiami says single shipment only and there's a chance it will not have surface parcel available. And even if surface parcel is available, it will likely be 4k+ JPY. I think even with 6300 JPY higher in Goodsmileshop, it may be better.
